"Gans schön knusprig" | ab 11.11.2021
When the most modest Martin learned of his bishop's election, he did hide in a goose stable, because he did not want to become a bishop.
The geese chattered so loudly that the patron saint of beggars was discovered anyway, according to legend
Since then, in addition to the nighttime lantern parade, goose eating has developed into a European tradition. Each region brings its own very special goose recipe to the table and it is the time to get together to eat and enjoy together.
We pay homage to tradition and serve classic Martin goose. Slowly stewed goose with red cabbage, roasted apple and "Serviettenknödel", it is simply the ultimate pleasure for lovers of the good taste.
